ALL Classes available on-site at your location, or at our training center. BASIC LIFE SUPPORT FOR HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS: (Also called CPR for Professional Rescuers.) This course is required for emergency medical personnel. This level of training covers CPR and airway obstructions (choking) for adults, infants and children. This class also covers use of the AED, ventilation devices, barriers for performing rescue breathing and two-person CPR techniques. If you're planning on going into the medical field, this is the level of training you want. HEARTSAVER AED: CPR This training class includes Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) for adult, child and infants; Rescue breathing techniques, airway obstruction and choking prevention, Basic description of physiology and anatomy of the heart and lungs, Recognition and treatment of cardiopulmonary emergencies such as heart attacks, strokes, seizures, blood borne pathogen and personal protection, and good Samaritan laws. HEARTSAVER FIRST AID:  CPR/ FIRST AID This Combination class incorporates "hands on" live first aid training with Adult, Child, and Infant CPR training and includes instruction on scene survey, recognizing the signs and symptoms of sudden illness, shock or injuries. Methods of treating patients with injuries: controlling bleeding, bandaging, splinting, treating victims for shock. Rescue breathing techniques, airway obstruction and choking prevention, Basic description of physiology and anatomy of the heart and lungs, Recognition and treatment of cardiopulmonary emergencies such as heart attacks, strokes, seizures, blood borne pathogen and personal protection, and good Samaritan law.  ALL Classes are available on-site at your location or at our training center.
